These Terms and Conditions govern your use of donegutter.com and the gutter cleaning and downspout jetting services provided by Done Gutter, a solo-operated business based in Fishers, Indiana. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Done Gutter provides gutter cleaning (Done Gutter) and downspout jetting (Downspout Doctor) for residential properties in the greater Indianapolis area. Both services are scheduled and managed through this website and share one quoting and booking system.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information and any photos you provide.

• Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions on site differ from what was described — for example, more downspouts, drains we cannot locate, or unusually heavy debris.
• Each quote shows how long it is valid. Gutter cleaning quotes are typically valid for about 12 to 18 months, and downspout jetting quotes for about 6 to 12 months, unless stated otherwise on the quote.
• Promotions and discounts apply only as described at the time they are offered.

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

You can book, reschedule, or cancel through your account on our booking page. Please give us reasonable notice if your plans change so we can offer the time to another customer. We may need to reschedule for weather or other circumstances outside our control, and we will contact you if that happens.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, we invoice after the work is complete. Invoices and receipts are handled through Square, and payment is due as stated on the invoice. We do not collect or store card details on this website.

Workmanship and Warranties

We stand behind our work and document completed jobs with photos. Any specific warranty or guarantee that applies to your service will be described on your quote or invoice. Warranties cover the work we performed and do not cover new debris, weather damage, or pre-existing conditions beyond our control.

Property Access and Your Responsibilities

To complete your service safely and on time, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information about your property and the work needed;
• Ensure safe access to gutters, downspouts, and drainage areas on the scheduled day;
• Secure pets and let us know about anything on the property we should be aware of; and
• Point out the location of buried drains or exits if you know them.

Photos and Media

Photos you submit with a quote request are used to assess and price your work. We may also take photos of completed work for our own quality and record-keeping. We do not publish identifying details about your property without your permission.

Disclaimers

We perform our services with care and skill, but some results depend on factors we cannot control, such as weather, the age and condition of your gutters and drains, and buried or hidden conditions that cannot be seen before work begins. Services are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, Done Gutter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, images, and the Done Gutter and Downspout Doctor names and logos — belongs to Done Gutter and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses services such as Square, Google Maps, and Vercel. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
